Bill Richardson, former presidential hopeful, is endorsing Obama. This is a big deal, OKAY!? He was a top guy in the Clinton administration for starters. Plus he was running against him before- I always feel that if you can endorse someone you debated against and campaigned against then you really mean it. (COME ON JOHN EDWARDS WTF) People were even discussing the possibility of a Clinton-Richardson ticket. One of the biggest parts of this important endorsement is the clout Richardson has over the Hispanic demographic. Polls show that Hispanics overwhelmingly favor Clinton. This high profile endorsement from a Hispanic governor of New Mexico, along with Clinton’s dismissal of Patti Solis Doyle, her Hispanic Campaign Manager, might sway this large block of voters over to Obama in the coming primaries.

haha, richardson just wants in on any administraion’s action. he also said that it was time for the party to stop fighting within itself and start to fight mccain-ster.

I’m going to go out on a limb, and say he backs Obama because Obama backed him up, like in that quote Monika wrote. Nice Business move.
